I just got asked to the Senior prom, and I really want to look great for him. I need to loose around 40lbs by May for my own Junior Prom, and then hopefully another 10 by Senior Prom a month later. Ideally about 10lbs a month. Does anyone have any advice?

Woo....Katie said to eat 5000 cals or less! Ya if you wanted to look like the goodyear blimp. Eat 1000 cals a day to lose weight

hi! i think i have an idea. try to do these things:
*work out 1 hour in the morning and before bed.
*eat 5000 calories a day or less
* walk instead of driving!
