im soooooooo dissapointed in my self i havent been on here in a long time and think its b/c i feel bad b/c i quite my whole diet thing during christmas break i went from drinking only water to soda and mostly dont drink water anymore, i eat what ever when ever and like everyday at lunch i have to have a bag of m&m's. just the other day when i went to my cuzins house to stay the night and she is an overweight person (im definatly not trying to be mean) and she isnt really a person who cares if she gains any weight well when i came home i felt like i had gained 5 pounds in just 2 days!!! and i feel really bad when i eat and everything. plus during christmas break and even during school right b4 xmas break i would like feel all sick and stuff so my mom made me stop drinking green tea thinking that might be the prob. soo... i have decided that im going to slowly get back on track taking it a little bit at a time so that i dont just give it up after a week. and im starting this thing where i have to lose a certain amount of inches in one week. see im really gettin into this losing weight thing right now b/c of 8th grade grad dance i want to look good in a dress. and plus i made my self a promise that i wont wear shorts or go swimming until i get down to a certain size in pants so im going to try and finish this goal... sry this is sooooo long lolso if any one has some advice for me i would greatly greatly appriciate it. thank you very much...~*BaIlIe*~

and about the m&ms when you're about to eat them just think... no food tastes as good as skinny does (not that you can really taste skinny but you get the point) lol

Also, another thing that might help you is, the first day you think you're starting to slip up or do a little bit "bad" lol then come on here right away and post about it what bothering you how you feel get some encouragement and motivation and by the next day you'll have forgotten all about it. Don't be embarassed to post here if you do bad, I keep hearing people say that, this is what the website is for, losing weight and helping others do it too. If you ever feel discouraged or think you're doing bad just come and post here, talk to some people and you'll feel better, it really does help. It's hard to be on your own, when I do bad I feel so bad and it helps that I have some people here who I can talk to about it, it really helps

Awww don't worry about it you'll get back on track! Tell yourself that THIS IS IT!! It's time to lose that weight and you know you'll feel way better with it gone! If you don't just think about how you will feel at you grade 8 grad...I know because I've gone through many things like that. Trust me you will feel so much better if you just at least try to lose the weight! Once you lose like one pound you'll feel so good you'll want to lose another, then another, and another lol trust me you can do this!! Believe in yourself, never give up and try to stay motivated, just picture your goals. All this weight is is just extra fat...you gained it...and now you CAN lose it!! I believe you cna do it, I just went through the same thing as you around christmastime and I got back on track and now I feel great!! I just have to keep working and so do you...you'll lose the weight, I KNOW IT!! (hopefully I will too lol haha)
