Today: 210 lb, Goal: 180 lb - I haven't posted for a while because I haven't been doing so well. I've kept the four pounds I lost off, but I started to go back to eating unhealthy and getting little to no exercise a day. I decided to change that because I NEED to get in shape by April... I'm going to California with band and I want to be able to lay on the beach and feel confident about myself. I currently weigh 210 pounds, and today I exercised 25 minutes on the Elliptical Machine, did 50 pushups, and 200 situps. My breakfast consisted of 3 eggs, one slice of porkroll, and a slice of toast (yea, I know, no fruit...) I'll try to post my daily progress at the end of each day. I hope that I'll be able to reach my goal of about 180 by April (NO CRASH-DIETING for me! i want to KEEP it off)

keep doing your exersises your weight will come off

yay! keep it up! maybe make lunch and dinner a little lighter then your breakfast was but it sounds great!
