i just want to suggest to not work out just before you go to bed because i have the last couple of nights and i couldn't get to sleep. starting tomorrow i'm going to be getting up at 6:00 (so early!) to do tae bo.

If u really wanted to exercise and didn't have time in the morning then try something relaxing before bed, lik yoga. The MTV yoga tape is really good, challenging, but so relaxing at the end. hope that helps any if you don't feel like gettin up at 6 am
