when i was younger i had perfectly shaped arms and legs. now that i am older i have horrable arms and legs because when i was 9 i gained a lot of weight. does anybody have any exercizes that are perfect for loosing weight on your arms and legs. thanx tag.

If you want to shape your arms and legs do push ups,squats, leg lifts and run{ really jog} a mile or two also lift free weights and you'll be in tip top shape in no time.
