Hi im 5'8" and hav gotten down to 210 but wanna lose bout 50 to 60 more lbs i hav basketball for 2 hours every week day so I dont hav time to go to the gym. Does anyone hav any suggestions on wat to do? cuz im not eating a lot and im not losing anymore weight and i dont kno wat to do

hey well i think you should eat more protein cuz your body might think ur starving or something and might be eating your muscle
