invest in a good fun cardio workout tape(it's worth it and not too expensive)and do it once every day or like 5 days a week. eat more veggies and make sure that the packaged foods you eat are worth it(high in fiber high in protein- perhaps some vitamins...)count calories at first and then you'll know how much to eat when you stop- and pay attention to servings! try for 1200-1500 calories a day. some free weights and building some muscle are a great idea also. good luck and work at it- it may seem slow but at least you'll be moving in the direction you want to be...
