So you've lost 4 pounds? How many days have you been on this diet? Your going to make yourself sick if you keep eating the wrong foods like this and not getting the right nutrition.

you will never loose weight eating what you are you should eat vegeatables and fruits like grapefruit it cuts the calories like for brekfast eat a boiled egg and a half grapefruit for a snack eat a fruit or a veggie like on friday have half a cinna bun or if its really small have 1 and thats it and you said said that you have a slow metabolism drink green tea 3-5 times a day it tastes bitter but sucess tastes even better dont eat all the fats and sweets because no matter what execise you do you will constantly gain weight since you have a slow metablolism and when you eat out like chineese have a small shrimp fried rice and dont think that you have it to yourself that you can eat it all at once just think about the neew body that is waiting on you hope I wasnt rude my name really isnt really dont mean to be rude its PhattyGirl
hope you have success

OK honey. I know you are trying to still eat what you want just less of it. The calories may be low b/c of the very small servings and you may lose weight on it, but unfortunatly you are not getting the right nutrition. I am in a nutrition science class and I can tell you that what you are doing is destroying your body. You may lose weight but you will not get toned. You will end up a semi-thin person with really baggy skin. And you will probably gain it back. Not to mention you are going to get tired of eating the same thing everyday. If you would get a copy of the "Food Guide Pyramid" and eat all the required catagories then you will lose weight and you wont get tired of eating the same thing all the time. Scientists didn't just make that up. You really need all that stuff. And just because you are losing weight on your listed foods it doesn't mean it is healthy. You are clogging your arteries and you will end up having a heart attack, a stroke, or you eill end up with diabeties. All the foods you mentioned has glucose(type of sugar) in them - cookies, chips, fudge, ect. I do think your chicken without skin is good but that alone is not going to be enough nutrients. Please get a picture of the "Food Guide Pyramid". But congrats on your 4 pound loss and on working toward your goals.

I have been on this plan for around.. um.. 2 weeks I think. I am starting to add vegetables into my diet too. This morning I had two low-fat rice sausages and four small pancakes, so for snack and lunch I will have an apple and some vegetables. Hopefully it will balance things out. _______________ Also, to everyone who replied, thanks for your help. I was in a bad mood yesterday and I'm sorry if I offended anyone.

well you could lose weight but i think it would be better if you like change ur eating habits...like less sweet foods overall so maybe you could get abit used to being on a diet then reintroduce the sweet stuff...and get excersize.....thats all to lose it faster bubt like your diet sounds pretty good cuz i know the diet i told you about is good but i can barely stick to it myself lol

No, your gunna gain weight like crazy by eating all those sweets. I was just trying to help you out because that diet is not going to make you lose anything. WHAT DID YOU ACTUALLY EAT THAT WAS HEALTHY... you had a cinnamon bun...chips...toaster pastry...cookie....2 pieces of fudge...I mean just cut those out and replace them with some veggies.

Sorry to say, but that was worst than the last one. You are barely getting anything with nutritional value. Why no fruits or veggies, why just junk food? That is so unhealthy and you are not going to lose any weight by doing that. I also suggest that you start exercising.

Okay, yeah, I do splurge alot on sweets. x_x
Also, for an exercise plan, I burn 300 calories on a stationary bike, then the next day I do 200, then I rest for one day. Once my muscles get used to it, I may up the 200 to 300. Also, when it is warm enough to use my trampoline again, I will work 1,000 jumps into my day (around 15 min)

Linda... I have an exercise plan that I described in a reply I put to my message. Also, I tried to add fruits (canned peaches + a pear) and meat (baked chicken). Granted, I didn't have any vegetables, but I have such a low metabolism that I can't fit the "needed" amounts of anything into my meals, or I would gain weight like crazy. x_x

Sorry honey but your diet is not going to help you loose weight unless you run like 20 miles every day. Why do you need to eat so much sweet stuff? No one needs cookies, cinnamon buns, and chips every day. Not only will you not loose weight, but with your eating habits you will probably gain weight. DONT EAT SWEETS AND JUNK FOOD!! its not that hard sheesh, if you dont want to be fat, you have to make sacrifices and if you dont want to give up gross fatty foods, then you will stay fat.
