Ht. 5'6", Today: 171 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 100 lb - Hi, I am fourteen and my friends say i am not overweight but i weigh 171 and i am 5'6..i am overweight what do i need to do..HELP I want to be skinny! like lose 70lbs..haha well please email me at hulababe08@yahoo.com if you can help me!!

Hey babe! be confident in yourself be proud t be you and if you want to change then have an attitude of a champion! eat healthier and exercise a lot at sometimes it might be hard as h*** but you will get through it and be even happier than you are right now! hehe also have fun with this weight loss tip dont think of it as an " ohh my gosh i cant believe i still have a week to go with this stupid thing" be like "yes only a week to go and im feeling better already! pretty soon i will be and feel great and look even better!"

um,if u lose 70 lbs u wil be like wayy underweight.thats not good. how about 20-50 lbs.?

Drink plenty of water, get more exercise (walking/jogging for 10, 20, 30 minutes for at least 3 or 4 days a week...) and eat healthier (cut out starches and sweets, more fruits and vegetables)... Hope it helps.
