Hi guys some of you may know me others maybe not here's the scoop I've got a party in like a week and I want my dress to fit better so does anyone know how to loose around 10lbs in a week??? yOU NEED TO DO SOME MAJOR EXERCISE AFTER SCHOOL AND CUT YOUR FOOD DOWN ALSO JUST DRINK WATER. i HOPE YOU LOSE 10 ILBS

to be honest i dunno if its healthy to lose 10 in one week but you could really start by excerzsizin and eating small portions and extra healthy good luck....as for the party mybe you should put that behind you and focus on losing it on your next party because you really dont need the presssure ...losing weight (in my opinion) shouldnt have a time limit

Okay, if you want to lose weight fast then you are going to have to work HARD. In the morning, have a 45 minute cardio session(firm tapes, tae-bo, treadmill, bicycling and etc.) For breakfast eat half of a grapefruit and 1 egg. For lunch, eat a SMALL salad with LOW FAT dressing. In the afternoon, have a 30 minute weight training session. You can either go to the gym, use a tape, or just use free weights on your own)For dinner, have a SMALL serving of meat and veggies. I've always noticed that if I don't have as many carbs at night I see a difference in my weight the next morning. After dinner, do 100 jumping jacks and 100 leg lifts on each leg. 5 posts down I have a exercise regimen for the abs. Do this for 4 days. (it can be on and off) Good luck, and PLEASE DONT DO THIS LONGER THAN A WEEK BECAUSE IT IS VERY UNHEALTHY, THIS IS JUST FOR A QUICK FIX. When I went on this diet, I lost 13 pounds in 7 days but I also gained back 9 of them.

You can get underwear that holds your fat in. Go to a big department store(like JC Penny) and ask them if they have them. They can take off the 10 pounds you want.
