I want to loose way because when i look at myself in the miror i have a big back when i am working whit my friend she always got the cuuuuuuuuute guys but not me i guess i know why its because i am fat

oh one more thing ..ive sorta got a big back too so i kinda know how iritatin it is but sometimes its a good thing lol:P

first of all lose that attitude..youre not doing it for the boys you're meeting in school , because thats just bad ..you're doing this so YOU can look and feel good ...go on ahealthy diet cut alll sweet foods (or at least eat healthy desserts every now and then) and excersize as much as you can (tae bo is a great class)
