ok i need help! i need to find a way to lose weight by next school year (over 60 lbs) and i can't figure out what to do. i am always trying to eat more and i don't WANT TO!!! and i need more time to exercise!! what should i do! my hips are huge and so is my back!! i look as if my back's messed up because of the rolls of fat there. oh and i need to lose as much as possible ASAP because i have a party to go to and i need to look really good!!!!!! please help *DeSiRe*

okay i can tell you want to lose weight fast
some tips are
jump rope
do you have stairs in you house well eat time you go up he stairs go back down and up one more time it will not seem like much but it helps
seventeen.com has some free yoga go to the health
if you are poor and can not buy weights us old milk jugs with water in them
DRINK WATER the colder the better if you drink cold water your body has to burn cals to bring up your body temp
get up early and excersie in the morning it helps to wake you up and you burn more cals
