Hey,I'm starting a diet as of tomorrow. I made this up my self. Tell me what you think. Breakfast: 2 Eggs, Orange Juice/Milk, 1 piece of Breakfast meat, banana Lunch: Turkey wrap (italian dressing, turkey, cheese, lettuce, tortilla wrap), 1 bottle of Fruit Works, apple After school: 1 cookie/small serving of something sweet Dinner: Small Serving of carbs, Normal portion of meat, normal portion of vegetables/large salad, water

Sounds okay...instead of having orange juice or milk you should have water!! The breakfast is somewhat big, but thats okay. Make sure it's low fat italian dressing and also don't drink the Fruit Works, drink a bottle of cold water instead. I agree with Shana, the cookie could be cut out and so could the small serving of something sweet, have a piece of fruit instead. Your dinner is great. Have fun and good luck~

Also depending on how much u want to loose, I advocate cutting out the cookie. You can go without a cookie a day. instead substitute pretzels no salt or nut mix or fruit. A cookie a day is not good and even tho its reduced portions, if u want to see results you should cut that out.

Instead of Fruit Works >>which has loads of artificial flavoring and sugar>> you should drink water. Drink tons of water, sometimes diet coke.

I dont agree w. Lindsey. Don't cut out OJ or milk, it has vitamns, which for a guy ur age, u need to grow taller and such. Dieting doesnt mean just drinking water, it means drinking lots of water + getting your daily vitamns and such. Your breakfast is great. Remember : eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a queen, and dinner like a pauper.
