I tried the Firm and its hard to follow and i got tired after like 15 mins of it, and i had to this normal? or am I really out of shape?

I have no trouble getting through the tapes. The best time to do the tapes is in the morning after you have a cup of juice or water...

it's ok. just do as much of the 6tape as often as you can and you'll get more fit. that happened to me when i started taebo but now i can do that ans so much more. good luck and keep doing it because you won't get anywhere if you don't!
