Okay, if you follow this plan then you can lose 3 inches in one week. Eat 3 healthy meals a day and 2 snacks. The first snack must be a fruit or vegetable and that goes the same for the second snack. In the morning, do 60 situps and 30 sidebends to each side. Make sure you are doing these exercises to the full extent and that you are doing them properly because if you won't see results. Before you go to bed, do 60 situps and then 30 sidebends on each side as you did in the morning. It will hurt the next day, believe me, but you must keep doing it for it to work. One week of exercising will be much worth the weight loss so keep to it!! It will be very uncomfortable at first, but you what you will accomplish should keep you going. Whoever ends up doing this, please end up posting how many inches youve lost!

just because you iknow somebody that has lost three inches doesn't mean everyone will but thanks for the advice...

No crunches, situps. If you can do 300 crunches, then you can do 150 situps. Their harder but they deliver more results, and no one in my family has ever had problems with their back because of situps. I dont think it will tear your muscles. Whatever, I did it and I lost the inches so I'm not complaining

After the first day of exercise, you may feel excruciating pain in your midsection because your body may not be used to the sudden intense exercise. However, as the days go by, the pain will subside and you will begin to feel your midsection toning up. The key to success in body toning is to continue working out the body part despite the pain you feel on that body part. You obliterate the pain with more pain. Do not give up. Seven days of spot reduction exercise will not kill you. If this program doesn't whittle your waist by two inches (or more) in seven days, I don't know what will. Remember this is a one time only deal. Don't expect to lose 2-3 inches every week.
