I used to anorexic. I was 5'4 and weighed 85 pounds. I ate little to nothing and ran 3 miles a day. Now I weigh 130, more than most my friends. My body is ruined by all its gone thru and my metabolism is as slow as hell. It's not worth it people. It comes to a point where you have two roads: die or eat. Within a week of eating less than a normal person, i gained almost 15 pounds. DON'T STARVE YOURSELF.

Omg, you sound the same way I did. Last year I was 5'4'' and 90 pounds. I looked gross, but I felt fat. I now weigh 119 pounds and Im 5'7'' I still feel fat because my friend makes me feel bad. She says she needs to lose weight and she is like 102 pounds. A size 2 is too big and it hurts when she says she needs to lose weight, cuz I could never fit into a size 2 if my life depended on it. All I know is starvation aint the way out, but I look back, and I dont regret it, I learned alot about myself. well good luck, but by the sounds of it, you look good....SO yah, my love, Sara

Your weight is fine. Just try to keep at a healthy weight. You do not need to starve yourself. If you want a better body, you could work out more and eat more healthy, but loosing weight should not be your goal. When I was 85 lbs, everyone looked at me like I was sick and disgusting. No guys talked to me other, in fact they all talked about me behind my back. I realized that being healthy was most important. Skinny with a starved look is not attractive, but most important not healthy. You could ruin your body in the long term and when you do, trust me you will regret it for the rest of your life. THink about it.
