Ok I blew it yesterday and a lil bit the day before that, but I kept up the exercise, so maybe i did ok(?) i donno. BUt anywayz. Does anyone know how many calories the firm burns? I know the work out is pretty intense, but my goal is to burn atleast 500 calories in exercize a day. Also does not eating after a certian time at night really help? And if it does what time is best? like 9 or 8 or 7????? thanks~chelsea~

That's not true Anne. My doctor and numerous articles have found that many people tend to gain weight if eating and then sleeping right afterward. I usually eat dinner around 4:30 and sleep around 1.

i've actually heard that it doesn't help and that it's just the calorie consumption vs. burned a day that will make you gain/lose weight. also- i think in my opinion that eating an hour before bed is good for you because your body will have something in it to workon even though your metabolism slows down...

i read in a book that you shouldn't eat anything 2hour before you go to sleep cause then it all turns in to fat. My mom told me to do a couple sit ups and push up before i go to bed to work some of my dinner calories off.
