Ht. 5'2", Start: 174 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 125 lb - hey wassup, well i am 5'2 and weigh 160, i used to weigh about 174 and i lost that 14lbs without even plannin a diet lol. well n e way..i really wana lose at least 35lbs bfor i see my relatives in april. i do excersizes for 30 min. and yoga for 30 min., and DDR as much as i can. i havent started the habit of not eating after 7 or 8 yet. but wen i do start u think i can lose 35lbs or more? well hopefully i do. i mean, people say i am attractive n everything and i look 17 lol, but i still dont feel that comfortable with my weight n everything, but yea, i hope i reach my goal n stuff. i am cheerin for u guyz 2! hehe. if u wana contact me or want my picture or sumthin, AOL:ReDAnGeL0414 AIM:AzNEcL1PzE ok well good luck u guyz, n wish me luck 2!

purely empty, what are you on about??? i exersize and have muscles and can see my hip bones. there aren't any muscles over the part of the hip bone that sticks out. whatever...

what the heck r u on about?!?!?! since when does exercise make anybody look fatter? its the only way to burn lots of calories!!! thus decreasing ur body mass!

120? That's a lot... I'd say maybe 45, and you can do it, and it's not HOW LATE you eat, it's how much.. I say, eat in moderation. Small meals. and exercise just makes you look fatter, and you won't really get to see those nice hip bones of yours getting muscly..
