well, today i did not eat breakfeast, but for lunch i ate a sandwich and about 7 potato chips w/ a cup or soda pop. For dinner i ate a sandwich and 7 potato chips w/ an 8oz bottle of water all before 7:oopm. And latter on tonight i am going to tae-bo. well i hope i will lose about 15 pounds by Feburary( which is my first goal).

Even though you might think it's smart NOT to eat brekafast....IT'S NOT!!! BELIEVE ME!! always eat SOMETHING for breakfast, even if it is just a piece of toast or a bananna. Not eating breakfast only slows your metabolism down faster. (makes you burn calories slower)Please please please listen to my adivce and eat something for the three meals a day and two HEALTHY snacks inbetween those three meals. About the chips, i kno it was ONLY SEVEN, but eat a bananna or a piece of fruit or a veggie instead....if your tryin to lose weight (like me) dont even go near the chips. If you do it every once in a while it's O.K.!!! just remember PORTION CONTROL!! look at the label on the back of the box and count out how ever many of what you are eating. If it says 16, count out 16 crackers (or watever) Good luck! hope this helped!!!!
