Hey, I have a question on how calories work...
let's say you know your going to eat more calories then your BMR. Can you eat 500 calories less then your BMR the day before so you could go over the next day?
And what's more important calories or fat?

yes- you'd just be going up and down in weight at a minisucle level by doing that. calories is more important than fat but you'll find that the more fat in a product the higher the calories are because there are more calories per gram of fat than there are in a gram of carb. or protien...
