Hey everyone. If you want to lose weight fast then you are going to have to work really hard. I lost 11 pounds in one week and I did it healthily so don't try to tell me I didnt. Here is what I did. In the morning I had a bottle of water, then I did the FIRM Maximum Cardio Burn. After that I ate 2 eggs, and a apple for breakfast along with a cup of green tea. For lunch I had a small salad with fat free soup and a piece of melba toast. Later on in the day I did the FIRM Total Body Sculpt. For dinner I basically had whatever my mom made, but in a smaller portion. Some meat, a serving of veggies and maybe a little bit of something else. The next day I switched and did Tae-bo and then the FIRM aerobics tape. Then I switched back off and on between those exercises everyday. I lost this weight and I've kept it off for acouple weeks now. If you work hard, then you can always accomplish your goals.

GOOD JOB I WISH I COULD DO THAT BUT AS YOU KNOW IT IS VERY HARD TO LOOSE WEIGHT, BUT I AM TRYING. I'VE HEARD ALOT ABOUT THE FIRM, WHAT IS IT IS IT LIKE TAE-BOE, IF YOU CAN HELP ME LOOSE WEIGHT IN ANY WAY PLEASE REPLY BACK TO ME A/S/A/P.

That's really great, and it does sound like you did it in a healthy way! I might have to try your plan, because my goal is 15 lbs. Did you lose a size, or were your clothes lose after the week?
