Ht. 5'7" - hey i am 5'7" and am a size 14...i mean i am happy with the way that i look, i mean i HAVE ALWAYS been a big girl, and i am fine with that...maybe if i could get down to a size 10 i would be really happy. i have big hips and i know that and I CAN NOT change that..but i want my stomach to get flatter and to tone my arms and stuff..neone know of nething that would do that for me?? please??? does ne one do windsor piliates?? does it work?? how long does it take to lose 2 size?? thanks a bunch...to all my big girls...your beautiful!!!! aim- moochichy13 plezz reply

Hey! Some good exercise tapes are the Firm videos. They combine weight training with fat burning excersizes. And it's really fun! But if you're not looking for an excersize video, just get some free weights like Anne said. You'll be on your way in NO time!

if you're looking to tone your arms do some pushups and get some free weights to work the back of your arms- another good thing to have is a resistance band- none of these things are very expensive and they're worth it...
