I HAVE A QUESTION. I HEARD DAT PPL WHO DONT EAT BREAKFAST DONT LOOSE WEIGHT AS FAST. I WAS WONDERIN IF DIS IS TRU, CUZ I DUN EAT BREAKFAST CUZ I DUN HAVE TIME AND IM WONDERIN IF DATZ SLOWIN DOWN MY WEIGHT LOSS. DOES N E 1 HAVE N E SUGGESTIONS ON A QUICK BREAKFAST I CAN HAVE? ILL APPRECIATE IT. THNX

There are many things you could have for breakfast- bowl cereal, fruit, toast, fruit juice, cereal bar anything that is healthy and lwo in calories is a good breakfast for some one who ants to loose weight. Reply from Melissa, Age 14 - 12/29/03 - IP#: 24.107.14.xxx When you go to sleep your body slows down, invluding your metabolism. In order to speed it up again you need to eat something. Try keeping granola bars inthe cabinet for a quick breakfast. Or eat some fruit as you go. Good luck.
