Reply from anne, Age 16 - 12/29/03 - IP#: 216.66.108.xxx soup is a grreat idea- i use it to lose weight too! try substituting one meal with some veggies and one meal with cambells 98% fat free soup and eat fruits for snacks and have a regular meal once a day also. exersize for some everyday- even if something's trying to stop you just push yourself and exersize for at least 15 minutes but try for 30 minutes a day. get some 5 lb free weights and a jump rope and come up with your own routines- put on some music and dance- just move! and don't drink anything but water and make sure you get plenty of that too! good luck!
