Today: 290 lb, Goal: 150 lb - HEY THERE I AM REALLY NOT NEW TO THIS SITE CAISE I STARTED A DIET AND I GOT LAZY BUT I STOPPED SO I AM DETERMINED TO LOOSE ALL MY EXCESS WEIGHT BY DECEMBER 2004 I WEIGH 290 AND MY GOAL IS TO WEIGH 150-140 BY NEXT YEAR DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY TIPS AND LOW FAT FOODS THAT I COULD EAT TO LOOSE WEIGHT I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT ~THANKS~

eat as much veggies as you can- they really help you and are high sources of fiber and fiber will really help you a lot. i like eating cambell's 98% fat free soup because i can have a whole can of it made with water instead of milk(two full bowls full) and only be eating up to 175 calories! just look for high- fiber, low-calories foods with lots of vitamins. eat as much natural- unprocessed foods as you can also...

hey...if you really wanna lose weight do not eat a snack at home unless it its fruit or vegies..and run right now i weigh 160 and i look kinda overweight not really and this sux so i know how you feel...
