I've got a question, how does everyone make time for excersise. I mean-I never have time, especially with school and everything. I'm afraid that i may have even less time becuase there are rumors that my dad will be sent back over to Iraq and then i will have to resume my role of doing everything with the house and stuff. For a while i was doing Tae-bo and I had almost gotten through the Instructional tape but then i lost alot of my freetime and i cant do it anymore. And for about a month i would do the excersise right before i went to bed but i get too tired now becasue i have so much other stuff to do and half of it is useless stuff anyway. and i know i could be excersising at this exact moment except i am watching my sister and i have to keep her busy or i would be able to do anything. What is a quick effective workout?

Reply from Hey Tiara is my name, Age 14 - 12/28/03 - IP#: 64.118.40.xxx I try to make time. does your sister have a favorite movie? if i have to watch my 3 year old brother i put in a movie in the other room and exercise but i check on him every 2 or 3 minutes and he just watches the movie the whole time. but i still check on him. It might not help you but at least i tryed
