Thanx rachel i will start adding on ten sit up each week.Does anybod have any advise to me? Congrat to everybody who has lost weight. And I hope people keep losing it.And if you are bored and you go to eat something and you don't feel like exercising or cant exercise or something like that... have you ever tryed reading a seventeen magazine or any kind of magazine or book? it works great 4 me if i get a craving and can't go out side and play basketball or anything else. You guys are doing great keep it up.

yes- i love to read fitness magazine to get me motivated. dancing's great if you're bored and want to burn some calories also...
