hey! i'm so excited to start my new diet jan. 1st! does any one have3 any tips??? i could really use ANYTHING!!!

anne is right, And plus if you do it in the morning you don't have an excuse why you didn't do it and you don't have to worry bout it. It out of the way.

yeah- the water idea is great but steer clear of the sodas- don't drink them every day because even diet is packed full of sodium and makes you retain water. try not to pressure yourself too much but workout in the morning is my greatest tip because then you know that it's done with and you'll be happier and you're more likely to stick with it!

My tip is to just take it one step at a time. And also if you get off your diet, don't give up. Get right back on track...after all, you can't change what's already happened but you can prevent it from happening again! =D

wen u get hungry, drink a glass of water or DIET coke.
then wait for at least 20mins to see if u r still hungry! coz alot of the time when u think u r hungry, u r really just thirsty!

Im sure u have heard it b4 but carbs can be bad. my advice.. check out the food labels and try and eat under 100 grams of carbs a day or les.. drink at least 8 glasses of water try to have 2 fruits or vegies with every meal. limit sweets. and most importantly make a commitment to be motivated and to excersize. ~*MaNdY*~
