I havent done my 30 mins work out today because I've been at my aunts and the salon and doing other stuff..but its only 9:10 pm ..I still might have time, just to get it over with and feel great that I didnt miss it..Hmm dunno, what do you guys think? Lol..anyway I have another question, you guys have been saying The Firm is really great and works good..I'm thinking of buying it..Does anyone know if I could get it at Walmart? or anyother stores? My parents dont like buying stuff from the internet and making phonecalls to order it. I'd be great for couple of people to answer this for me :) THank~you!

I bought THE FIRM for 29.99 at CVS. It didn't come with the fanny lifter or the sculpting stick but it did come with 4 videos and you can just use a broom and any kind of stepper, it should work the same. I ended up buying the sculpting stick and fanny lifter at Dicks.

Hi Marris, do you have a Target near you. DON'T go to the video area go to the workout area, and you can get it there WITH the Fanny Lifter! Good luck and they are really fun! Krista
