I did The FIRM complete aerobics plus abs this morning and i feel great! I really think I can do this! btw my goal is 20 lbs by march 1. Any tips to make my weightloss faster and permanent? I do the Firm every other day (hour long tapes). Should I do them every day, or keep every other day?

every time you work out your muscles you are acctually makeing little tears in them so that they can get bigger(don't worry- girls muscles don't get that big) so you need to give them time to heal. that's why you see so many people writing about not working out the same muscle group without giving it a good break. if you're going to workout everyday focus on a different muscle group at least but if you're just starting a new exersize i'd give myself a break.

kewl! thats great! i just started the firm cardio sculpt and i have done that two days in a row. so to answer your question about how often you should do the video, i would say wuteva u feel like, even if it has the weight training part in it. OO and go ahead for doing the abs video~~i kno it must be hard cuz i haven't gotten to that video yet, but i could feel it this moring in my abs just after doing the whole body work out thing. U'll be at ur goal in no time. keep it up!

How much do you weigh now? well good luck and remember try for a week or to eating healthy and only drinking water when u are thirsty no more pop or juice or milke for a week or two
