Does anyone know any good excercizes for a little below the belly button? (above front part of.... and below belly button?

i know one! ok- lay on your back with your palms of your hands on the ground and under your butt(for more support) your legs should be straight up and together. with controlled movements move your legs down- almost touching the ground and then raise them back up slowly and repeat as many times as you want or can. make sure your legs stay together and straight. good luck!
