Today: 200 lb - hey everyone my name is mike !! I am 14 and i weight 200 pounds !! Next year I will be in 9 th grade and I have homecoming i want to look good and i have a girl i want to ask . Please leave me some infoon how i can loose the weight but also be healthy!!!!! Thanks

i don't think that u should lose weight for the gurl... if she kan't like u for who u r now then she's not the rite gurl for u...

first start with exersizing. get a good aerobics tape like taebo and soem free weights. every other day do the tape(or if you can't get one make up your own kicks and jog in place- run up the stairs- things like that for 20-30 minutes)and for the other days do diferent slow movements with the weights and crunches and muscle training things. the first step to losing weight is concentrating on one thing at a time. i think it would be great if you started with exersize untill you have a good routine and then went on to fixing up your diet so that you can def. stick with it. when you go to change your diet you'll want to eat a lot of fiber(green veggies-wheat bread....) and a lot of protein(meat.lol...) and make sure all the way through that you're drinking a lot of water. add a glass of water to the 8 glasses of water you drink everyday for every 30 minutes of exersize you do. try to exersize in the morning if possible so you'll stay with it. force yourself if you don't wnat to and give yourself a day off every sunday where you can eat stuff that you can't other days and laze about. lol. good luck!
