Hey well i just wanted to ask you guys and gurls for some tips for losing as much weight as i possibly can. I need to lose weight and i need help from all of ya. I'm 90 pounds away from my goal weight any tips you can give me are extremely helpful please help!!!

if you have trouble keeping your comitment of exersizing then do it in the morning. force yourself if you don't want to because then you'll be happy you got it over with. it always helped with me. do some cardio work. i like taebo- it works really well and you can feel it workibng. also- try to eat as much veggies as you can because they have a lot of fiber and some even burn more calories digesting then are in the veggie themselves- some with citrus fruits! also- if you have problems with sticking to your diet then eat three meals a day- somewhat reasonable but make sure you're satisfied and only have fruits and veggies as snacks. get a sugar substitute like splenda and put it over some frozen berries for a sweet treat- or come up with some more concoctions. just make it creative and remember to not think about it 24/7. break the habit and just have fun like normal except remember that you're doing a great thing and that you'll regret it if you blow it. then again- get right back on if you do and just do better. good luck!

actually ur way isnt the healthy kind of way its the fast way which isnt acutally to healthy and yea he will get down to his goal sooner than what u make it sound like if he eats health, excercises and has faith in himself which u are not helping anyone the way u are talking.

you should do sit ups 5 times a day for about 5 minutes
