Today: 207 lb, Goal: 135 lb - Hey everyone!!!I am now starting a plan !! I will eat fruit and eggs in the morning and drink 8 glasses of water throughout the day . For lunch a salad. and dinner eat meat cause of protein veggies and some fruit cause it is sweet (instead of cookies and cake). I am changeing my bread i will only eat wheat bread from now on . Please let me know if this sounds good. I am going on vaction in June and I want to be 135 not 207. I know i have alot to go but i want to do this for me the most my son and my wonderful boyfriend he should not have to defend me when peopl say things about my weight . Well I need some advice thanks Amber

it sounds good. it might help if you convince your boyfriend to eat like that around you also. and make it fun and learn good usage of herbs and spices to make your diet interesting. good luck!you can do this!
