Happy with news!! lol Alright, my plan...since it's Christmas time (lots of food)..I am just going to go on an exercise routine and eat *sensibly*. That should lead to a 5-10 pound loss by Jan. 1st! Jan 1st (for me) starts a low carb, weight training, exercising robust machine!! I'm gonna exercise 6 days a week (7 is not healthy), and drink 8 glasses of water a day..and make sure and get fruits and veggies. Sounds like a plan to me! Starting..today! (exercise that is) and eating *sensibly*! Krista

good luck- sounds good. work your butt off! i'm going to make new years resolutions about weight loss. i'm not sure what plan i'm goibng to go on though...but it sounds like you know what'll work and you're doing it. good job!
