As it's coming up 2 Christmas, I am finding it hard to diet with out my parents noticing, because there is so much nice food around, that I would normally eat. Also the weather is so bad that I can't do any excersize outside. I don't have any fitness tapes because they are 2 expensive. I don't knwo what to do there are so many partys as well. What shall I do, I don't want to put on weigt. Oh yeh my parents don't think I am overweight, they just think that I am big boned, but I can tell that I have put on weight recently. Please help me, any help is welcome. Merry Xmas Lola x

eat the same foods just eat a lot of smaller portions of it and calculate the calories that you're eating by doing that and put it into your plan. set up a number of calories to eat a day and then make sure that you count everything. also- you don't need an exersize video even though they're great. do the old exersizes like crunches and get a jump rope- it's probably the best cardio workout i can think of. boxers even use it to buil up endurance. take it little by little. you CAN do this! oh and you don't need to go on a specific diet(technically everyone that eat's on a diet because i diet just means what you eat usually) just eat less calories. try to eat better foods when you get the chance and good luck! you'll find you can eat more because the healthy foods usually have less calories in greater portions...
