Starting tomorrow I'm gonna try to excersize everyday for at least 30 mins!!! Drink lots of water, eating healthy foods!!! woo-yay..IF ANYONE has any other good tips, itd be greatly appreciated!! ~d~

Hun,it doesn't work that way...you have to plan that for like...for 3 days. You won't lose a thing unless you change your diet too. I suggest you reconsider that and PLAN.

yes it'll work. the eating healthy like you said- cutting out junk and such IS a plan. exersizing 30 min. a day will def. help. good luck! and remember to have fun without thinking about losing weight 24/7...
