Hi, I am not overweight. I am thin/normal weight but I eat alot of food that I know I shouldn't. I know that if I keep eating the amount that I do now, I will start to put on weight and I dont want to. Please help! I need tips on how to stop eating as much especially over the Christmas because there will be loads of sweets.

that's good that you can see that and work with it now rather then after you gain the weight. just work on portion control and if you know that you're going to eat badly later on at a party- eat very healthy foods before then. good luck!

You gotta get rid of the sweets. Its the only way to stop eating them. And the next time you hold a candy or any kind of sweets, ask yourself "Do I really need this?"..Hope I helped ya tons! -mArIs =)
