Today: 207 lb - Hi ,My name is amber . I weight 207 pounds . I have tried everything if you have anything that might help me please tell me. see my sis ter is skinny and I always feel weird when we go school shopping I am lookin in the size 18 and she is lookin in the size 10s. Please help me I want to look good but also be healthy .

I will give you helpful steps...
1.Get a crush-
You ask how this will help?Well you will want to lose weight to most likely have a chance with them...good inspiration.
Cut back A LOT. Bread=no. Sweets=no. fries and hamburgers=NO. Instead of McDonalds...make yourself a salad, have an apple or some grapes. Fruit and veggies over everything. I really don't eat...megarly, i dont condone this.. Meat has nothing vegetables doesn't have...except GREASE and FAT.
3. Make a diary-
Make a diary of your weight loss, and your goals! This really helps. Put in some cute quotes...
4. Listen to music when Exersising-
This helps you work harder, if like... for instance, the "Milkshake" song comes on, and that's your fave song,and you are crunchin...u'll go's so good.
~*~NO PAIN, NO GAIN~*~ when you crunch and your stomach hurts...don't give up, it is tightening your stomach, making you skinnier...and don't give into your hunger pains with a binge of cookies or last night's leftover pizza..try an apple. You won't lose... without PAIN.

eat fruits and veggies and for school lunches have salads or pack your lunch. plus drink water and exercize for 20 minutes a day

hey... i know how u feel all mai frens r looking @ really small sizes and they don't even have mai size @ the store... the only advice i kan give u is to just eat less and exercise everyday and try not to have stress

meat has all of the protein veggies doesn't have- and also some types of meat like salmon and fish have good fat that doesn't make you fat but that your body will burn off because it needs it badly- it;s good for your brain and good for your body because you need a well rounded diet to truely be healthy...but i can understand having someone close you you be thina dn them getting a lot of the attention and just feeling akwards next to them in public. just do it! it'll take time thoug- don't set yourslef up for failure by believeing you'll see results the next day. and remember that the table can also turn in the future. your sister could become bigger when you're older and since you've already developed a healthy lifestyle you can help her when she wasn't there to heklp you(if that's the case) but good luck- you can do this if you really truely want to!
