Today: 145 lb, Goal: 120 lb - all i would like to know is if i weight 145 now and by january 30 if i work really really hard could i get to 120.. p,ease comment. all i want o know is if i can do it by excerizing ALOT and doin the no carb diet.. pleaset hat all i want to know please commen im like desperate

Hey Lindsay. I'm not sure about losing 25lbs but if you're first starting off you can lose 15 to 20lbs. By no carb do you mean absolutely no carbs? If so I just want to tell you that that isn't the safest thing to do. Starting off you can do 20 carbs at least but it's not healthy to do lower than that. Alrighty, hope that helped. 1 -Veronica
