Today: 145 lb, Goal: 115 lb - well i decided that tomrow im starting a new diet its goingott be drink tamato juice inthe morninga piece of fruit for lunchand a bottle of water and than for dinner eat chicken and vegetalbe and than run 2 miles and lift hand weight.. will someone tell me if tahts good or not csaue im 145 and wantto lose 30 pounds by march.. i need so ambition if i even spelled that right.. please comment and tell me if i can do it .. it would help get me going PLEASE!

Starting a diet is great, onle you get past the first week it gets easier :) the things you mentioned are great. Make sure you drink plenty of water especially if you are excersieing or you will just dry out and thats not good :)eating plenty of fruit is great. Just stick to foods which are low in fat, if fruit isnt enough for lunch maybe try some low fat soup. (thats what i have) and if you feel faint then u arent eating enough. Its best to excersise gradually, so start simple then build up to however many miles you like to run :) sit ups and crunches and things like that are also good. oh yeh and maybe take some muti-vitimin tablets to make sure u are getting all the right vitamins in your diet too! good luck!!
