I think I ate too much today, tell me what you think: Breakfast: boiled egg; Lunch, Caeser Salad with chicken; Dinner: boiled egg, brocolli with Ranch Dressing; Snack: Banana with peanut butter, apple, and a doughnut (i have NO will power!) well im trying to go on a very healthy diet with lots of fruits and veggies and one unhealthy thing a day if i can't resist. What do you guys think?

actually, you DID eat too much! You may not have known this, but Caesar salad is EXTREMELY fattening. The veggies in it are ok but unless the chicken was only grilled it is packed with calories and caesar dressing is super fattening, as well as ranch dressing. Donuets are full of saturated fat, so if you want a treat, have some light ice cream. good luck with your future dieting. :-)

I don't think that you ate too much. The donught is ok if you only have one once in a while. Keep in mind, it's ok to have a brownie, just don't eat the entire pan!!! The same goes for dougnuts. Don't eat more that the one and you will be ok. Other than that, you did great!!!

no- you didn't eat too much. you ate about 1000 calories minus the donout because i don't know how much cal.s is in a donougt but it can't be too much to spoil it. i acctually think you did great if the donought was like 200 cal.s. so yeah- you did good- just make sure you're diet is consistant like that everyday(with the same amount of cal.s not talking about the same foods everyday) and you'll lose weight. good luck!

That is not alot! The only problem I would say was the donut, and I guess it's okay to slip up every once in awhile. Keep up with the good work.
