i just relaly wantto lose like 30 pounds buteverytimje i startt a diet.. i get off someone howand thani get depressed.. and i just dont know what to do.. if anyonehas a diet taht has madethem lose wrihgt fast please comment so i know i will prositivelylose weight hansk ..

you just need to remember that you need to be consistant with the diet and exersize in order for it to work. i'll bet most of the diets you were on do work but you just got off them too fast to notice. go on a low calories diet and exersize every day and you'll lose weight. it's simple- but not easy and it works. i've lost 21 pounds so far by doing that and i plan to lose 20 or so more. you just need to remember that oit's useless unless you follow through with it. you're not going to be successful untill you're comfortable with losing it slower- there is no instant gratification in weight loss. once you accept this i believe that you can do it. good luck and change your eating habits for life by doing it a little at a time and making it healthy and have a balance of foods you really like and foods that your body really likes...
