Hey Guys.. I've been following your advice, and I hope I can lose as much as possible by Saturday.. Ive been drinking tons of water.. lol.. and ive been eating lots of veggies.. my mom has to go food shopping cuz we dont have any fruit :-( Anyways, I think I got a good amount of excersize today.. do you know how much work it is to shovel a driveway covered in almost two feet of snow?? lol.. It was alot of fun though and I felt great after I was done even though I wanted to give up halfway through it. The only problem is sweets, ive been alot better lol.. but I think I just need to realize how unimportant they are.. it's been especially bad this week too, cuz well iits my time of the month really soon, and you know what that really bites.. cuz I always gain like 5 lbs the week before, and guess what this is the week! hehe for all you girls.. doesn't that fit wonderfully with the fact the dance is this Saturday.. Oh well.. I'm still gonna do my best and I know the end results are worth it, and Im gonna have fun at that dance... with my date :-P.. hehehe (I can't get used to saying that) well anyways good luck this week everyone, and when you start to lose your motivation and reach for something unhealthy come to this website and look at these posts and see how many people are supporting you! Thank you guys for all your support, a good goal for this week that you might wanna try... only eat 100 grams of carbs a day.. check out lables.. believe me carbs are in many things I never even would have thought.. Oh and I found the greatest drink thats low on cal/fat/carbs and is great for winter weather! Swiss Miss (i cant remember if this is the correct spelling) makes Diet hot chocolate.. 25 calories, 0 fat, and only 4 grams of carb, add hot water or skim milk and you have a healthy yummy treat for those of you with a sweet tooth.. hehe well bubeyes everyone. well- just keep it up! it'll pay off- even if you gain a little weight during your period because that goes away. exersize a lot- that helps cramps go away. good luck!

I know whut u mean i am at that time of the month and I gained 4 to 5 pounds so i am 174 or 175 and it last for 5 days but I will work hard to loose the water weight and then some. Good luck at your goal for this week my goal is to only have a slice of pizza and maybe a fruit and a sprit remix that is cutting out the cookies if i get a cokkie me and my friend share them so i dont get all of the cookies that come in the pack.
