Ht. 5'8", Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 82), Goal: 130 lb - HEY PPL!!!!!Im 5.8 and i weight 160 i wanna lose like 30 pounds at least, i think my situation is really frustatring coz my body was like perfect but i eat so much so i became fat,so my point here is if u wanna talk or be my loseweight buddy just addme

I don't thing you need to lose weight for your hight your weight is not bad. But i lost 25 pound over the sumer eating 1200 calories(your weight and hight is different so search for the right calorie intact to lose weight for your hight and weight) a day and taking 2 mile bike rides to the local ymca and then dong weights and tredmile and eliptical traners for a 1/2 hour each and then rode home 2 miles
