Okay I know this might not be good and I know this is kind of a dumb question to ask but I will ask it anyway. My cousin she goes up and down on her weight and I asked her how she does it and she sais well I usually cut down to one meal a day and do 30 minutes bike riding and lose like 3-5 pounds a week. Do you think that is good or not?

no- you need to be consistant with your food. anyways- if it were me i wouldn't want to be going up and down on my weight. it would be less frustrating if you just found a permanent solution by doing it healthier...
