Hey everyone.. well i guess I haven't been doing so hot.. Iv'e stayed home from school these last 3 days, and i ate okay.. and that big dance is nest saturday.. and I had said I wanted to lose 15 lbs.. well ive lost three and the dance is now 7 days a way.. Im gonna really have to put my butt in gear excersizing and stuff evryday.. i know i cant lose 15 lbs but even 2 or 5 more would be great.. any advice would be great! thanks a bunch... luv always ~*MaNdY*

7 Day Emergency-It's a exercise video that comes with a diet and guarantees results in 7 days or less. You have to follow the diet plan and exercise plan, which is strict. But all in all it helps.

Pick up the exercise and increase the water u drink. OTher than that, u could cut down on sweets even more, but I think that the exercize and water are enough in one week. U can do it!!! and have fun at that dance. :)

eat as many veggies as you can- i've been doing that this week. it definately helps- make sure that you have a serving of veggies whenever you sit down to eat and you'll fill up on those and they're really low in calories. also- drink as much water as you can- like somebody suggested before you can lose 5 pounds by drinking some amount of water- i don't know i forgot but good luck! i really hop you lose as much as possible and feel great at the dance! you can do it- just always remind yourself of the dance when you don't want to exersize or when you're about to blow your diet. then you can lay off a tiny bit after this last 7 days...
