Hey I'm a soccer player and I have a question. I play for my highschool jv team and practice 2 hours everyday with them. But for some reason, I feel slow and out of shape. Why?? I have been playing since sept and should already be in good shape for our first game on Monday but I get tired easy. I don't get out of breath, my legs feel drained. Like I can't run anymore. Can someone help me and tell me what to do?? Thank you

Who should do some conditioning. Like I do conditioning for basketball where we do our defensisive stance walk and run you should pick one kind of move for soccar that takes a lot of work and do that then do some running see if you can get from one side of ur yard and back 16 times in a minute and just keep working on it. Thats whut I think i might start for basketball we do it at practice but on my own time. Well good luck!

hey... i know how u feel i'm lyke that wen i play soccer... i think that u should just practice running whenever u have time so that u kan get into condition
