do u like to wach tv if u do then turn on the tv and do a simple excercise program in front of the tv while your favorite show is on this helps me considering I am a complet tv freak

do 10 situps and pushups every mornin and every nite befor and after bed ok . And every time it gets easeyer move from 10 to15(ect)ok

8 minute taebo tapes- taebo 2 8 min. tape really gets you burning in a real short amount of time
