So many questions from me today! another thing, does anyone else any weight loss, or weight management diet pills at all? I was in my local health food shop and there are so many things that say they speed up metabolism and also that they are a natural remedy. Are these harmful? Or a good idea? Anyone tried them?

Some diet pills do work, but most of them just jumpstart your diet. In order for you to get good results you will need to exercise along with your diet. I lost 10 pounds in 9 days. Some of them are safe and do work. My friends and I have all taken them. If you really want, try Xenadrine EFX-Ephedrine Free.

Most "diet" pills and powders don't work like they are advertised. They might help you not be so hungry, but they don't "melt the fat off you" or "speed up your metabolism 2x". There are so many rip-offs considering diets and weight today...
At the supermarket, while my mom was checking out, I saw a magazine that advertised: "lose 20 lbs in 20 minutes!" That is physically impossible, no matter what you do (unless you use surgery). I would focus more on exercise and portion control.. that usually works better.
Good luck!
